These Terms & Conditions apply when you buy from the mimibooo store in Madurai or on mimibooo.com, join our loyalty programme or receive messages from us. The store is run by Tactgen Enterprises (GSTIN 33ARUPN4957A2ZJ). By shopping with us you agree to these terms.
1. Products and prices
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. Your bill shows the GST charged.
- Colours may look slightly different in photos. Sizes are a guide - please check the size chart or try the item in store.
- We try to keep prices and stock correct. If a price is clearly wrong, we may correct it before accepting the order.
2. Bills and payment
- Every purchase gets a GST invoice, printed and / or sent to you on WhatsApp or email.
- We accept cash, UPI and cards in store, and the payment methods shown on the website for online orders.
- Bill-level and item discounts, promo codes and loyalty redemptions are shown on the bill. Offers cannot be combined unless the offer says so.
3. Exchanges and returns
- Exchanges are accepted as told at the counter and printed on your bill. Please keep your bill and bring the item unused, unwashed and with tags.
- Toys and accessories are not returnable or exchangeable, except if they are damaged or defective when sold.
- Items bought on discount or sale may not be exchangeable - this is told at the time of sale.
- If an item is defective, please tell us as soon as possible with the bill and we will replace or repair it, or refund it if neither is possible.
4. Online orders
- An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation. We may cancel an order if the item is out of stock or the price was wrong, and will refund any payment in full.
- Delivery times are estimates. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay.
5. Loyalty points and Star Rewards
- Loyalty points and Star Rewards have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are used only as discounts or rewards at mimibooo.
- Points earned on items that are later returned or exchanged may be reversed.
- We may change or end the programmes with notice in store or on this website; points already earned will be honoured as per the rules at that time.
6. WhatsApp and other messages
- By giving us your mobile number you agree that we may send your bill and purchase / order updates on WhatsApp or SMS.
- We send offers and new-arrival messages only if you agree. Reply STOP at any time to stop them.
- Normal WhatsApp / mobile data charges from your operator may apply. Our messages follow WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies.
7. Your account and website use
- Keep your login details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Do not misuse the website (for example, trying to break its security or copy its content). All photos, logos and text on the website belong to mimibooo or are used with permission.
8. Privacy
How we use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
9. Liability
We are responsible for the products we sell as required by Indian consumer law. We are not responsible for losses that are not caused by us or that could not be foreseen. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction. Please contact us first - most problems can be solved quickly:
